Nothing of my own to say, but I thought I’d break the silence with some collected links again:

I have a semi-brilliant idea, so listen up. If you are in
advertising, it’s difficult to get people to look at what you have
to say. However, if you are in traffic behind an accident on the
side of the road, it’s difficult to get people to not look at
it. The solution is obvious: paint a car up with your message, and
crash it spectacularly on the side of the road. Driven by a madness
unique to moronic drivers, hundreds of people will slow to a crawl
to see your message.
I think this would be especially effective since it harnesses human
stupidity and bad traffic, two of the most powerful forces known to
man.
Oh yeah, I seem to have forgotten to whom I lent out my Zen of
CSS Design book. If you’ve got it, please let me know.

Rats!

American Blue Rats, to be specific.
We just got them earlier this week. The one on the right is Jack, and the one on the left is Bill Smugs. (They’re named from characters in an Enid Blyton book.) The next time you come over you should have a chance to see our new insufferably cute furry friends. They are especially cute when they are cleaning themselves as they are prone to do or when they are yawning.
Wikipedia has a fine entry about Fancy Rats. They’re called “fancy” because their owners fancy them, not because the posess any inherent fanciness.
